County Executive Maggie Brooks announced the 2010 budget yesterday.  It’s good news for County taxpayers, but bad news for Monroe County Democrats. 
Fortunately for Democrats, Jill Terreri tried to do their bidding in the story, claiming Brooks “beat back criticism”  that there wasn’t any long term planning.
