When I’m wrong, I’m man enough to admit it — unless I’m arguing with my wife.  Last week we told you about Assemblyman David Gantt’s comments to a media reporter and not to expect the D&C Editorial Board to comment on Gantt’s inappropriate remarks.

This was in Saturday’s D&C:

Down for Assemblyman David Gantt, D-Rochester, who last week added paint to the ugly portrait of our state Legislature — rife with dysfunction and full of self-serving career politicians — through his comments to the media. When asked for details on negotiations for bridging the state’s enormous budget gap, Gantt told a reporter, “I don’t want to talk to you.” When asked for a reason, he said, “Because that’s me.”

Nice to see them speak out on this important issue.
