President Obama and Congressional Reps. like Eric Massa desperately want you to believe that their massive stimulus bill is creating new jobs for unemployed New Yorkers.  Eric still says the massive spending bill (paid for by you and me) was great for us, just not for those of us who are unemployed.  He’s shifted gears a bit and the news footage covers it nicely.

Eric now says the stimulus money is great for taxpayers because instead of creating jobs, it’s paying for state projects because states like New York have no money.  The massive spending bill should then have prevented the need for tax increases, right?

Well, we middle class New Yorkers just got whacked with the biggest tax and fee increase plan from our Democrat friends in state government.  Eric’s second line of reasoning was untrue too.

So what’s your next b.s. excuse gonna be for how your anti-stimulus bill helped us New Yorkers Eric?
