I really don’t want to believe this is true, but they’re making it really hard to think otherwise.
I’m no attorney but isn’t it true that it’s the D.A.’s Office that presented the Grand Jury with information that led to GOP official Andrew Moore being charged with and subsequently arrested on a very weak felony charge?
And now, weeks after he was arrested at his workplace, paraded around for the press, had numerous negative stories written about him, is used in Democrat political flyers, has his own election campaign threatened, has to hire an attorney, is publicly humiliated and verbally attacked by Democrat supporters – the poor excuse for an ADA, Mr. Gargan actually pretends he’s doing Mr. Moore a favor by saying the weak felony is being dropped before Election Day to help Moore?
Are you kidding me?
Mr. Gargan, your ‘political hit’ on Mr. Moore, in my opinion, was simply conducted to harm him and members of the GOP to help the local Democrat Party with their political campaigns this year.
To cause a felony charge to be brought against him and later drop it for lack of evidence, proves my concern or shows your office is completely inept at your job.
I believe you owe Mr. Moore and his family an apology for what your office put them through.
