b)  It will be interesting to see how often this idiot gets overturned on appeal.  My guess is that his decisions will be up for sale just like everthing else about him.</description>

		<description>It is very telling that the Senate democrats needed to sneak Dollinger in early for approval.

After many years of failure in seeking judicial office, bailing on contituents, and losing in a district with a 35k enrollment advantage, Rick still coudn&#039;t count on getting even an appointed job without some political meneuvering.

But heck, in the end, Rick doesn&#039;t care.  He got what he&#039;s always wanted.  A nice, cushy, high-paying job that he really didn&#039;t have to work too hard to get.

Let&#039;s wait and see though if he quits this one too for a better offer.  At almost $140,000, I doubt that he will or that he&#039;s remotely qualified to get another gig that pays even more.</description>
