How many people have seen these pictures from the G8  of President Obama and Libyan dictator Leader Gaddafi pressing flesh and hugging?

Monserrate Gets Chairmanship And Stipend Back

Business as usual in Albany. Alleged girlfriend slasher Hiram Monserrate was reinstated as chair of the Senate Consumer Protection Committee.  A $12,500 stipend comes with that appointment.
