Another Paterson Aide Leaves Under Cloud

First it was he serial tax cheating chief of staff, now Governor Paterson’s $171,000 deputy secretary for intergovernmental relations, Carl Andrews, is leaving under a cloud of suspicion. 
According to the New York Post:
