I don’t believe Bullwinkle is claiming that Barack is a Communist. Were he a self-proclaimed or card-carrying Communist Party member, he wouldn’t have a chance in hell of assuming the office of the Presidency. I believe what Bullwinkle is saying is that Barack’s platform is such that it has curried the open support of the Communist Party USA. Rather unprecedented for a presidential candidate, no? To even the casual and most unbiased observer, that support, albeit unsolicited, along with Barack’s other socialist associations should be cause for very serious concern. I can’t recall any other presidential candidate in American history with such an unsavory history of socialist associations. The question is: has Barack been substantially influenced by those asssociations, and will those associations affect how he will TRY to govern and what policies will he champion? As a thoughtful observer, I think he clearly has been influenced by those associations. You can hear the codewords in his lofty speeches. And in those relatively few instances when he has actually stuck his neck out to vote on something either in the US or Illinois legislature, he has strongly supported very far left positions. If you carefully listen to his words, look at those who surround and advise him, check out his friendships and associations, and carefully revierw his voting record, there’s plenty to be genuinely alarmed about. Even if we are among only a few, we each need to diligently vet this guy. Don’t rely on the media to do it for you. My research strongly suggests that he is a committed socialist. If Euro-style socialism and big government are what you crave, folks, then this is your man. As for me, I much prefer the time-honored and proven success of private enterprise and individual freedom. We’d best eshew political correctness when it comes to objectively examining our candidates.
