NYC isn't exactly right next to Buffalo or close to any of the local congressional districts. If Obama had done the same in WNY - where the districts actually have some connection - there would be the same outcry from Republicans. Just for clarification I'm not justifying any of the actions or attacks on McCain... but you know as well as I that the Republicans would pull the same stuff if the situation was reversed.
