Former East Rochester Mayor Dave Bonacchi has raised about $20,000 and has around $18,000 in the bank for his challenge against Assemblyman David Koon.  Koon raised just under $18,000 and has around $15,000 in the bank.
This is an impressive showing by former Mayor Bonacchi and is a pretty good indication that he should run a competitive race.  [...]
