What Would Jiminy Bizbo Say?
Did you see the article in the Democrat and Chronicle about politicians using campaign funds after their election is over? I found the following the most interesting part of the piece:
Joseph Rittler, the communications director for the Monroe County Democratic Caucus who lost a bid for a Parma Town Board seat in 2006, cut himself a $300 check in June 2007 for what was listed in state filings as a “reimbursement” for his office. He did not return a phone message for comment.
Nice. The man who gets paid for being the communications director for the Monroe County Democratic Caucus doesn’t return phone calls for comment. It looks like Joe has something to hide.
I bet if they were calling about one of those nasty Republicans he’d return that phone call right away.

Good catch Equalizer! I’m shocked the D&C actually included that… but then again one of their usual hacks didn’t write the story.
Actually, the financial filing I found showed the over $700 in campaign checks were written to Joe Rittler.
This kid’s doing pretty good for himself.
Maybe he and Dick Beebe went on vacation together.
