Take A Look At RICHard Dollinger’s Illegal Campaign Mailing
I checked with the Board of Elections and that attack piece sent out on RICHard Dollinger’s behalf against Joe Robach is illegal — all political mailing must state who is paying for them. Take a look for yourself. As we pointed out yesterday, Atlas Direct is a Long Island City (the people getting the “extra tax cut” — that Joe Morelle aka the Cat Whisperer voted for) mailhouse used by Senate Democrats.
RICHard needs to come clean on this. He can’t get away with saying he didn’t know about it — there is no way this is sent out without his buy in. If he claims they are sending this stuff out without his ok, how can he claim he will stand up for us?
As News 10NBC reported:
News 10 NBC took the anonymous mailer to Spencer Meredith, professor of political science at R.I.T. He said, “Setting this aside, this specific message here. Is it ethical to blame one person or one party for something that received support across parties and in different branches of government? Of course, it’s not ethical.
Dollinger had a reputation in the Senate of being a blowhard who was real good at giving speeches and accomplishing little — sounds a little like his tenure as Democratic Party Chair.
Liz Benjamin says that RICHard is having a press conference today to re-announce that Joe Morelle is supporting him — even after the negative Robach mailing that the Republicans could copy and use against Morelle (even if it is untrue). Let’s hope the local media asks the tough questions RICHard needs to answer!

I really hope the media asks Dollinger what his role was in this. So far, they are helping to kill the story by willfully ignoring the fact that the New York City political attack machine released this illegal mail piece into Rochester. No questions asked.
They’ll spend days tracking down claims made by the Dems, but everyone else gets nadda.
I agree, either Dollinger allowed this or he is showing that he is not controlling his own campaign.
What a leader.
Once again the question arises.
Where is the local bird cage liner with this story? Why does it take a blog to bring us this story?
Someone should call the cat whisperer and tell hm to stop this!
What is also bad regarding this illegal mail piece is that the New York City party hacks make it look like it’s coming from some local group of people, another lie.
Apparently, the New York City political party machine that wants to take over Rochester thinks we’re all too stupid here to see through their and Dollinger’s nasty political attacks.
I always get a kick out of people outside of Rochester treating us like we’re ignorant sheep. Guess what, we’re smarter than you hacks give us credit for.
You’ll find that out this November when Joe Robach soundly beats Spitzer’s guy RICHard Dollinger.
If this is indicative of the race you plan on running, this could very well be a career ending campaign for Dollinger. Every serious race he’s run, he’s injected these types of tactics. That’s why he couldn’t win those higher level judge positions.
I hope you NYC hacks can fulfill your job promise to Dollinger. He’s gonna need to be set up with that cushy taxpayer job when this is all over. LOL.
Follow the money, I bet it leads right to NYC Spitzer henchmen
For the record (something Dollinger and his New York City hack buddies choose to ignore) Robach helped the schools in the district receive state increases ranging from 10-13 %.
I watched a presentation on the Greece budget and they are actually recommending a tax cut thanks to Robach. How about that! a school district CUTTING TAXES!!!
The Hilton district is proposing a tax cut too.
So, the funding Robach brought back home is helping schools districts CUT taxes in their budgets, even though they all know that the FAIR tax plan will most likely be overturned.
Dollinger’s big lie is growing even bigger.
Did any media report if he denied knowing anything about this at his announcement? What did he announce anyway? That he was running again? When do we get to hear about issues instead of lies and rhetorical double speak?
C’mon Dick.
