Pennsylvania Primary Analysis
Sorry for the late analysis on the Pennsylvania Primary. It was so exciting I fell asleep at 8:30 on Tuesday.
We keep hearing that Barack Obama is not stoppable and Hillary needs 60% of the remaining primaries to catch up in delegates. There are many problems with this. First of all we have 50 states. Last time I heard Florida and Michigan were part of the union. Florida is the 4th largest state. Remember how all the Democrats felt about Florida in 2000?
The next issue is the archaic Democratic system. Hillary won Texas big, almost by 5% of the vote, yet because of the double caucus Obama actually won more delegates! Obama seems to do well in caucus states. But when they have a conventional vote where MoveOn.org thugs can’t intimidate voters, Hillary does very well.
Right now Hillary is about 450,000 popular votes behind. If you add Florida in she is ahead by a slim 20,000 votes. If you include Michigan she is ahead by over 130,000 votes. I do not include Michigan because both were suppose to take their names off the ballot but only Obama did (is that smart by Hillary or dumb by Obama, what kind of President do you want?)
Something that is more interesting happens when you add up the states electoral votes. Hillary with Florida and Michigan leads by 284-141. Without she still leads by 240-141. So why all the Hype about Obama? Because the very liberal media loves the very liberal Senator Obama. They want you to believe its over and Hillary should bow out gracefully, something a Clinton does not have in them.
Hillary should fight tooth and nail with everything she has. Smear Obama with whatever they have. Play all their dirty tricks they learned and used over the years. Use the courts if necessary.
We should sit back and enjoy it ![]()

There are many other facts as well. Obama outspent her in Pennsylvania almost 3-1. The best he could do was lose by 10% !!
There is also an interesting argument by super delegates. People like Richardson said the supers should go with whoever won their district. Why even have superdeleagtes then? Point of argument Hillary won New Mexico, so what does that say about Richardson?
It seems like the left media all want Hillary to drop out but the Dem voters are enjoying having their states mean something so late in a primary. The last time states like Indiana mattered was 40 years ago! I remember there was a big argument for states wanting to move up their primary date. Because they did not count. Now they do and the party elite does not like it.
As Emanual Cleaver (D) Super Delegate from Tennessee put it “This is the most stupid process we could have”. I agree with him.
I want to make a correction to my original post.
FROM:
Because the very liberal media loves the very liberal Senator Obama
TO:
Because the very liberal media loves the very liberal Junior Senator from Illinois.
I thought the democratic party was supposed to be the party for women, minorities and the common man.
So far, in their presidential primary, we’ve seen each side attack each other based on gender and race, as well as play each of these cards.
And, it looks like it’s going to be the democrat power brokers and party elite, not the common joe’s and jane’s who’ve been coming out in droves to vote, who will finally decide who will be the democrat candidate.
You could almost call them, dare I say it, hypocrites.
Pimping minorities, women, the poor, children and the blue collar working class is going to catch up with them and bite the dems in the butt pretty soon. Mark my words.
