An Emerging Pattern — Another Democratic Governor Indicted

Once again a Democratic Governor is is trouble. Gov. Anibal Acevedo (D-Puerto Rico) has been indicted  on charges of illegal fundraising and election fraud.  Acevedo is also an Obama supporter, as well as a superdelegate.  The charges (19 counts in a campaign finance probe) including conspiracy to violate U.S. federal campaign laws and giving false testimony to the FBI.

It has been a bad couple of weeks for Democrat Governors. First Eliot Spitzer was forced to resign, then David Paterson had to admit Marriage infidelity, drug use and then charges of bringing his ex-girlfriend, a $150,000 a year Spitzer staff member, on a Hillary campaign trip to South Carolina.

We appear to have a pattern emerging of Democrat scandals. I think it is important to point out that they are Democrats because when the biased media comes across Democrat scandals they are always referred to as “The Governor of New York” never “The Democrat Governor of New York” like they would if it were “The Republican Senator from Such and Such”. I must raise this question : Will this string of Democrat scandals be covered like the string of Republican events before the 2006 elections.

Only time will tell – I not hold my breath though.
