Dollinger to Announce He Wants to Run For Senate — What’s the Deal?
Gentle Reader:
Son of privilege Richard Dollinger is trying his best to make sure another millionaire goes to Albany. According to the D&C he will be announcing today. That article said:
Dollinger, who served in the Senate from 1993 to 2002, chose not to seek another term after Robach, then a Democratic assemblyman, switched parties and ran for Dollinger’s post.
But Dollinger said Friday that circumstances are different this time after being encouraged by political leaders to run again.
He doesn’t say he wants to run, but that he has been encouraged by political leaders. That’s a real good reason to run — because the political bosses want you to. I’d still bet that we see Richie Rich, aka Rick Dollinger, end up with a judicial appointment win or lose.
