Assembly Minority Leader Jim Tedisco said today he will intorduce resolution to impeach Governor Spitzer if he doens’t resign.  Democrats hold a 108-42 majority in the Assembly.  It would take about 1/3 of Dems. to vote with Republicans to get to 76 votes.
